Subscribing and Managing Your Subscription

An subscription or code redemption allows you to save your maps in, share URLs (web links) to them, export/download them as image or PDF files, and access learning materials.

To subscribe to or use a redemption code, first create an account. Then, while logged in to your account, select “Subscribe” or “Redeem code” from the “Main Menu” and choose your desired subscription option. Below, we go through these steps in more detail.

Create an Account

  1. In, click the Main Menu (the button in the upper left-hand corner with three horizontal lines on it).
  2. Select Login/Create Account from the menu.
  3. This will bring up the Login/Create Account window. In this window, there are fields for entering an email address and password. Enter an email address and a password of your choice in the appropriate field. Then click Create New Account.

You now have an account that you can log in to with your chosen password and email address. When you’re logged in, you’ll see your email address in the upper right-hand corner, above the Scratchpad icon.


  1. Ensure that you’re logged into your account.
  2. Click the Main Menu, then select Subscribe.
  3. You’ll be taken to a page where you can see the available subscription plans. The different subscription plans are listed at the top of the page. Click on the one you’re interested in. Then click Subscribe.
  4. You’re now at the Checkout page. To purchase the subscription, enter your payment information.
  5. Now is also the time to enter a Promotion Code, if you have one. To enter it, click the phrase “promotion code.” This opens up a field in which you can enter your code. Once you’ve entered it, click “Apply” within this field.
  6. With all the relevant information entered, click Subscribe.

Redeem Code

  1. Ensure that you’re logged into your account.
  2. Click the Main Menu, then select Redeem Code.
  3. When prompted, enter your redemption code.

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click the Main Menu, then select Manage Account.
  2. You’ll be asked for your email address in a new window. Enter your account email address. You’ll get an email with a link to your “customer portal.”
  3. Go to your email inbox and follow the link to the customer portal.
  4. At the customer portal, you’ll be able to cancel your plan, change your payment information, change your payment method, and see your invoice history.
